POSITION Consultant Gastroenterologist QUALIFICATION • DM Gastroenterology OR • DrNB Gastroenterology • Valid NMC / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council Registration EXPERIENCE • Freshers are welcome • Fresh DM/DrNB candidates can be considered • Candidates will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of Senior Gastroenterologists and gain hands-on clinical and procedural experience SALARY 💰 ₹6 Lakhs – ₹8 Lakhs per Month • Compensation will be based on qualification, experience and clinical expertise KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct Gastroenterology OPD consultations • Manage IPD and emergency gastroenterology cases • Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and biliary disorders • Manage conditions including GERD, peptic ulcer disease, IBS, IBD, hepatitis, cirrhosis and other GI disorders • Evaluate and manage gastrointestinal bleeding and other gastroenterological emergencies • Assist/perform endoscopic procedures such as Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy under appropriate supervision and as per hospital privileges • Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide follow-up care • Coordinate with Senior Gastroenterologists, General Physicians, Surgeons, Intensivists and other specialists • Maintain accurate patient records, procedure notes and discharge summaries • Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, diet, lifestyle and follow-up • Follow hospital, infection-control, patient-safety and clinical protocols LEARNING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT • Fresh DM/DrNB candidates will receive structured clinical guidance from Senior Gastroenterologists • Opportunity to develop strong hands-on skills in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy • Exposure to a wide range of GI, Hepatology and emergency cases • Participation in departmental academic activities and case discussions SKILLS REQUIRED • Strong clinical knowledge of Gastroenterology • Good diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities • Interest in therapeutic and diagnostic endoscopy • Excellent communication and patient counselling skills • Willingness to learn and work under senior guidance • Professional, ethical and patient-centric approach JOB TYPE • Full-Time Consultant BENEFITS • Attractive compensation package • Excellent clinical and procedural exposure • Senior consultant mentorship and guidance • Opportunity to develop strong endoscopy skills • Long-term career growth opportunity 📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with qualification, current location, expected salary and availability.
