Position Intensivist – Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Qualification Option 1: • MD Anaesthesiology OR Option 2: • MBBS + IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) Registration • Valid MMC / Maharashtra Medical Council Registration --- Experience • Candidates with experience in Medical ICU/Critical Care preferred • Ability to independently manage critically ill patients and medical emergencies --- Working Hours 🕛 12-Hour Rotational Shifts --- Salary 💰 MD Anaesthesia: ₹1.50 Lakhs – ₹1.60 Lakhs per Month 💰 MBBS + IDCCM: ₹1.92 Lakhs – ₹2.00 Lakhs per Month --- Key Responsibilities • Independently manage patients admitted to the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) • Assess, stabilize, and treat critically ill medical patients • Manage ventilators, invasive monitoring, and hemodynamic support • Perform ICU procedures including central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, intubation, and airway management • Handle sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, poisoning, multi-organ dysfunction, and other critical medical emergencies • Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ICU notes, and discharge summaries • Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards --- Skills Required • Strong knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and ICU protocols • Expertise in ventilator management and emergency procedures • Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills • Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary critical care team --- Job Type • Full-Time --- Benefits • Competitive salary package • Exposure to advanced MICU facilities • Supportive multidisciplinary clinical environment • Excellent learning and long-term career growth opportunities --- 📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, qualification details, and notice period.
