Position Clinical Associate / Senior Registrar – Obstetrics & Gynaecology Qualification • MD Obstetrics & Gynaecology • DNB Obstetrics & Gynaecology • DGO Registration • Valid & Active Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) Registration is Mandatory --- Experience • Candidates with relevant experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology will be preferred • Fresh postgraduates with strong clinical skills may also apply --- Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations, obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and recommend appropriate investigations • Assist consultants in OPD consultations and inpatient management • Monitor patients during labour and assist in normal vaginal deliveries, Caesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures under consultant supervision • Assist consultants during gynecological surgeries, including patient preparation, intraoperative assistance, and post-operative care • Perform routine procedures such as Pap Smears, Pelvic Examinations, Breast Examinations, and other minor diagnostic procedures as per hospital privileges • Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including maternal assessment, fetal monitoring, patient counselling, and postpartum management • Conduct daily ward rounds for antenatal, post-operative, and postpartum patients • Attend emergency cases in Labour Room, Recovery Room, and Casualty as per departmental roster • Identify and initiate immediate management of obstetric and gynecological emergencies according to hospital protocols • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation including admission notes, progress notes, medication charts, consent forms, operative notes, discharge summaries, and counselling records • Follow infection prevention, patient safety, NABH standards, and ethical medical practices • Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Participate in departmental audits, morbidity & mortality meetings, quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs --- Skills Required • Strong clinical knowledge in Obstetrics & Gynaecology • Excellent labour room and emergency management skills • Good surgical assistance and patient counselling abilities • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills • Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach --- Job Type • Full-Time --- Salary 💰 Best in Industry (Negotiable based on qualification and experience) --- Benefits • Excellent exposure in a high-volume maternity hospital • Advanced Labour Room, OT, and NICU facilities • Supportive senior consultants and multidisciplinary team • Continuous learning through CMEs and academic activities • Long-term career growth opportunities --- 📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
