POSITION Consultant Anaesthesiologist – OT & ICU QUALIFICATION • MD Anaesthesiology • DNB Anaesthesiology • DA (Diploma in Anaesthesia) • Valid NMC / Tripura State Medical Council Registration EXPERIENCE • Experienced candidates preferred • Candidates with hands-on OT and ICU experience will be given preference SALARY 💰 ₹3.5 Lakhs – ₹4 Lakhs per Month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct pre-operative anaesthesia assessment and evaluate surgical fitness • Administer general, regional and other appropriate anaesthesia techniques • Provide anaesthesia support for elective and emergency surgeries • Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and ensure safe peri-operative care • Manage airway and intubation, including emergency airway situations • Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care • Support ICU management of critically ill patients in coordination with the treating team • Assist with ventilator management and hemodynamic stabilization as required • Respond to OT, ICU and hospital emergencies • Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, intensivists, OT staff and nursing teams • Maintain accurate anaesthesia records and clinical documentation • Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital protocols SKILLS REQUIRED • Strong clinical knowledge of Anaesthesia and peri-operative care • Good airway management and emergency response skills • OT and ICU experience preferred • Knowledge of ventilator and critical care management • Good clinical decision-making and teamwork skills • Professional and patient-centric approach JOB TYPE • Full-Time Consultant • OT & ICU Responsibilities BENEFITS • Attractive compensation package • Good OT and ICU clinical exposure • Supportive multidisciplinary team • Long-term professional growth opportunity 📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, notice period and relevant OT/ICU experience.
