Position Consultant Anaesthesiologist Qualification • MD Anaesthesiology • DNB Anaesthesiology • DA (Diploma in Anaesthesia) Registration • Valid NMC / Gujarat Medical Council Registration Experience • Experienced candidates preferred • Fresh MD/DNB/DA candidates may also be considered Key Responsibilities • Conduct pre-operative anaesthesia assessment and evaluate patient fitness • Administer general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anaesthesia • Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and ensure safe anaesthesia management • Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care • Manage airway emergencies and provide resuscitation when required • Provide anaesthesia support for elective and emergency surgeries • Coordinate with surgeons, intensivists, OT staff, and nursing teams • Assist in ICU and critical care management as required • Maintain accurate anaesthesia records and clinical documentation • Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards Skills Required • Strong clinical knowledge and anaesthesia management skills • Good airway management and emergency response skills • Excellent clinical decision-making abilities • Good communication and teamwork skills • Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach Job Type • Full-Time Consultant Salary 💰 Best in Industry – Negotiable based on qualification and experience Benefits • Exposure to diverse surgical cases • Modern OT and critical care facilities • Supportive multidisciplinary clinical environment • Long-term career growth opportunity 📩 Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, notice period, and relevant anaesthesia experience.
