Position: Consultant Phaco Surgeon / Cataract Surgeon Qualification: MS/DNB Ophthalmology or equivalent recognized qualification Registration: Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration Experience: Experienced candidates preferred Contact 639865 2832 Key Responsibilities - Perform phacoemulsification and cataract surgeries as per expertise. - Conduct pre-operative evaluation and assess surgical suitability. - Manage post-operative follow-up and patient care. - Diagnose and manage routine ophthalmic conditions. - Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, treatment options and expected outcomes. - Maintain accurate clinical and surgical records. - Coordinate with OT, nursing and ophthalmology teams. Candidate Profile - Qualified Ophthalmologist with relevant surgical experience. - Good expertise in phacoemulsification/cataract surgery. - Strong clinical and surgical skills. - Good patient communication and counselling abilities. - Candidates looking for a long-term association are preferred.
