Key Responsibilities - Provide medical services to employees/workers at the mining site. - Conduct medical examination and initial assessment of workers. - Manage occupational and general medical cases. - Attend to medical emergencies and provide first aid/stabilization. - Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation. - Support workplace health and safety initiatives. - Coordinate referrals to hospitals/specialists whenever required. - Ensure smooth functioning of the site medical facility. - Conduct health awareness and preventive healthcare activities. Candidate Profile - MBBS from a recognized medical institution. - Valid medical registration. - AFIH-qualified candidates will be preferred for the higher-budget position. - Candidates with mining, industrial, occupational health or site medical experience will be preferred. - Good emergency-handling, communication and documentation skills. - Candidates willing to work at a coal mine/project site are encouraged to apply. 💰 Compensation Summary Position| Qualification| Budget MBBS Doctor| MBBS| ₹90K – ₹1L/month MBBS + AFIH| MBBS + AFIH| ₹1.30L – ₹1.40L/month Note: The above budget is all-inclusive. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period/joining availability.
