POSITION OVERVIEW Medico Hub is onboarding experienced Radiologists with specialized expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology for a remote Medical AI project with a reputed healthcare technology organization. The selected Radiologist will provide clinical expertise for Medical AI-related activities involving diagnostic imaging, MSK cases, image review, clinical validation and expert feedback. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review and interpret MSK-related medical imaging and clinical data. • Provide expert clinical inputs for Medical AI-related projects. • Support image/data review, annotation, validation and assessment activities as assigned. • Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs from a clinical/radiological perspective. • Identify discrepancies or clinically relevant findings and provide appropriate expert feedback. • Participate in project-related clinical discussions and review meetings. • Attend project-specific onboarding, orientation and training sessions. • Provide expert guidance to support the development and validation of Medical AI solutions. • Complete assigned project activities within the mutually agreed schedule. ELIGIBILITY • Qualified and licensed Radiologist practicing in India. • Minimum 3 years of clinical Radiology experience. • Minimum 3 years of specific experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology. • MSK Radiology Fellowship is mandatory. • Strong expertise in diagnostic imaging and interpretation. • Good understanding of MSK imaging, including relevant modalities and clinical applications. • Ability to provide clear and accurate clinical/radiological feedback. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote professional environment. WORKING HOURS • Up to 15 hours per week. • Flexible working schedule. • Working hours will be coordinated with the project team. • Actual working hours will be recorded and approved through the project timesheet/hour-tracking process. BILLABLE / WORKING ACTIVITIES Project-related activities such as: • Interview/discussion • Onboarding and orientation • Project-specific training • Project meetings/review calls • Clinical/radiological discussions • Image/data review • Annotation and validation activities • AI output review and clinical validation • Other assigned project work will be considered working hours, subject to project requirements and approval. REMUNERATION • Professional remuneration: ₹80,000 to 1l per month. • Payment will be processed on a weekly basis based on approved working hours. • No fixed monthly salary; payment will be calculated according to actual approved working hours. • Potential engagement: up to 15 hours/week, subject to project allocation. IMPORTANT This is a remote Medical AI expert engagement and is not a conventional hospital or clinical practice position. The role primarily involves providing radiological expertise and supporting Medical AI-related project activities.
