Position: Consultant Ophthalmologist – Cataract / Phaco & Medical Retina Contact 639865 2832 Required Skills - Expertise in Cataract Surgery / Phacoemulsification. - Experience in comprehensive ophthalmology OPD. - Working knowledge and clinical skills in Medical Retina. - Ability to evaluate and manage common retinal conditions. - Capability to independently handle cataract evaluation, surgery and post-operative follow-up. Qualification - MS/DNB/Diploma in Ophthalmology or equivalent recognized qualification. - Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration. Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive ophthalmology OPD consultations. - Perform cataract evaluation and phacoemulsification surgeries. - Manage pre-operative and post-operative cataract patients. - Diagnose and manage common medical retinal conditions. - Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up for retinal patients. - Perform routine ophthalmic examinations and investigations. - Counsel patients regarding surgical and medical treatment options. - Maintain accurate clinical and surgical records. - Coordinate with OT and clinical support teams. Candidate Profile - Consultant Ophthalmologist with strong Phaco/Cataract surgery skills. - Medical Retina experience/skills are required. - Good clinical judgement and surgical expertise. - Strong patient communication and counselling skills. - Candidates residing in South Bengaluru or nearby areas will be preferred. - Candidates interested in a long-term association are encouraged to apply.
