Overview: The position of MBBS MD in General Medicine is crucial to the healthcare organization as it involves providing specialized medical care to patients with a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses. This role requires a high level of medical expertise and a compassionate approach towards patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conducting thorough patient examinations and medical histories Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Developing and overseeing patient treatment plans Providing specialized medical care for complex medical conditions Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Advising and educating patients and their families about health management Participating in clinical research and academic activities Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records Assessing and managing medical emergencies Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Participating in continuous medical education and professional development Contributing to quality improvement initiatives Participating in hospital administrative duties as necessary Required Qualifications: MBBS degree from an accredited medical school MD in General Medicine Licensure to practice medicine Proven experience in internal medicine Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Good understanding of healthcare management principles Ability to make sound clinical judgments and decisions Compassionate and empathetic patient care approach Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Commitment to continuous professional development Ability to work well under pressure Excellent organizational and time management skills Contact Mr Manoj Thenua 639865-2832
