Position Responsibility: Will be handling both hospitals Qualification - B.Pharm / M.Pharm - Full-Time MBA in Supply Chain Management / MHA Experience - 12+ years of total experience - Minimum 5 years in a leadership role - Strong hospital pharmacy experience required Professional Fees 💰 ₹1.20 Lakhs per month Key Responsibilities - Oversee pharmacy operations across both hospitals - Lead and manage pharmacy teams and day-to-day operations - Ensure smooth availability and supply of medicines and pharmacy items - Manage procurement, inventory, stock levels and supply-chain processes - Monitor purchase planning, vendor coordination and stock movement - Ensure proper documentation, storage and inventory controls - Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, hospital administration and other departments - Monitor pharmacy processes, operational efficiency and compliance requirements - Develop and implement standard processes for pharmacy and supply-chain management - Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and inventory management - Prepare and review operational reports for management Candidate Profile - B.Pharm/M.Pharm with Full-Time MBA Supply Chain Management or MHA - 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position - Hospital pharmacy experience is mandatory - Strong leadership, team-management and vendor-management skills - Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and supply-chain management - Willingness to handle pharmacy operations across both hospital locations Job Type: Full-Time Professional Fees: ₹1.20 Lakhs/month 📍 Location: Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 🏥 Responsibility: Both Hospitals 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with: • Current Location • Total Experience • Hospital Experience • Leadership Experience • Current Salary/Professional Fees • Expected Fees • Notice Period • Availability for Joining
