Key Responsibilities - Visit 3–4 hospitals and schools every day as part of field marketing - Meet HR, Hospital Administration, Management and concerned decision-makers - Introduce and explain Medico Hub's healthcare recruitment services - Generate awareness about our recruitment solutions for doctors, nurses, paramedical and healthcare staff - Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospitals and institutions - Identify new recruitment requirements and business opportunities - Collect genuine requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team - Follow up with hospitals and organizations for future manpower requirements - Maintain daily visit reports and client interaction records - Represent Medico Hub professionally in the Hyderabad market Important – No Daily Sales Targets ❌ No aggressive sales targets ❌ No unnecessary pressure for fixed business conversion The primary focus will be on daily field visits, networking, relationship building and creating awareness about Medico Hub.
