About the Opportunity

Healthcare — Dermatology & Aesthetic Services sector. We operate an on-site dermatology clinic serving patients across Gaur City, Noida, delivering evidence-based skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and patient education. This role is ideal for someone with prior clinic exposure who can represent clinical services professionally and convert inquiries into appointments while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls and enquiries professionally, clearly explaining treatments, pricing, and clinic services to convert interest into appointments.
• Conduct phone-based patient intake and triage—gather medical history, current concerns, and urgency to route to the right clinician or service.

• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management/appointment software to optimize clinician calendars and reduce no-shows.
• Provide accurate pre-visit guidance on preparation, consent, pricing, and post-care instructions; escalate clinical queries to dermatologists as required.
• Maintain organized patient records in the EMR/CRM, log call outcomes, and update waitlists and referral details to support continuity of care.
• Maintain courteous, professional phone etiquette at all times, handling difficult conversations calmly and protecting patient confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Prior experience working in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic environment preferred

• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls and patient enquiries
• Familiarity with appointment management software and EMR systems
• Experience with CRM tools (Practo or similar) and logging patient interactions
• Strong phone triage and patient intake capability
• Clear spoken English and Hindi for effective patient communication

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with dermatology/aesthetic clinic workflows
• Exposure to Telephony/VoIP systems or clinic call-dialers
• Multilingual support beyond Hindi & English
