Job Description: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Medico Hub. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient consultations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Providing preventative care services, including routine physical exams, immunizations, and health screenings
• Managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Referring patients to specialists as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in primary care

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Current state medical license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
